Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Discord bot Stage, its web dashboard and this website (together "Stage"), operated by [LEGAL_NAME not set]. By adding Stage to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these terms.

Stage turns Discord voice channels into moderated stages: members are server-muted, can raise their hand, and hosts decide who may speak. Stage is currently provided free of charge. We may change, extend or discontinue features at any time.

• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet Discord's minimum age.
• You may only add Stage to servers where you are allowed to add bots.

Server administrators decide in which channels Stage is used and who may host. Please let your members know that Stage processes their voice-channel activity (who is present, raised hands, speaker times) in configured channels — for example in your server rules — and point them to our Privacy Policy.

You must not:

• use Stage to harass, discriminate against or silence people in violation of Discord's rules;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to Stage or its infrastructure;
• upload unlawful content or content you have no rights to (e.g. as a banner image).

We may restrict or end access for servers or users that violate these terms.

Stage is provided "as is" without a guaranteed level of availability. Discord outages, rate limits or missing permissions can prevent Stage from working.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

You can stop using Stage at any time by removing the bot from your server and deleting your dashboard account. What happens to the data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the protections of the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
