How it works

From voice channel to stage in three steps.

01

Invite the bot

Add Stage to your server with the Mute Members permission and place its role above your members.

02

Pick a voice channel

Choose any regular voice channel in the dashboard — or run /stage setup. No Stage Channels needed.

03

Go live

Start a session. Everyone who joins is muted, raises a hand, and speaks when a host lets them.

Features

Everything a host needs. Nothing an audience can bypass.

Built around Discord's own server mute, so control holds up even when hundreds of people are listening.

Real server mutes

Participants are muted server-side the moment they join. Hosts and moderators stay unmuted. The bot never touches itself or the server owner, respects role hierarchy, and only reports success once Discord confirms.

Fair queue

Ordered by request time. No duplicates, optional size limits.

Live dashboard

Accept, remove and requeue speakers in real time — synced with Discord both ways.

Role permissions

Decide which roles host, accept, remove or manage — checked on every action.

Survives restarts

State lives in Postgres and is reconciled with Discord after every reconnect.

Session history

Duration, participants and every speaker of every session — recorded, never estimated.

Searchable audit log

Hand raises, accepts, mutes and config changes, attributed to a person or the system.

Speaker management

One clear lifecycle for every voice in the room.

Speaking rights are never permanent. They exist only between a host's accept and the moment someone leaves the stage.

  1. Joins the channel

A member connects to a stage voice channel while a session is live.

  2. Server-muted

The bot applies a real server mute — not a client toggle anyone can undo.

  3. Raises a hand

One button in Discord puts them in a fair, time-ordered queue.

  4. Accepted on stage

A host accepts — the mute is lifted the moment Discord confirms it.

  5. Leaves the stage

Removed, disconnected or session ended: speaking rights are gone, the mute returns.

Discord integration

A single control message. Updated, never spammed.

One public button for everyone. Each person gets a private reply with only the actions that apply to them, and hosts open their controls from there.
